Look, it just happened. I tried to download https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNbRbkN5G8g and gave me an error, so I hit the Update option and try to download again, but it gave an error again.
But, I could download it by deleting the failed address and re-entering again.

Well, for the record, I made this thread mostly because there's no actually official statement on the policy page in regards to this topic. I felt like having it answered here would make everyone better off.

The reason for not taking new members at this moment is that the new code isn't set up for it. As it is now the Moderator user part of the code is not completed and creating a user or rights is done via manual edits of database. But I will put in some effort and try to get this completed so we can look at potentially adding janitors and mods.

Hey, is there any particular reason why zalgo isn't allowed on site anymore? I remember being able to use it before the code change, but it gave me a message saying it isn't allowed now. This is a slight bit annoying considering I was using zalgo for effect in a green, so if this could be changed or at least explained, that would be greatly appreciated.

Yes unfortunately we had a 45 minutes downtime because auto-renewal for unknown reason didn't go through. One of the staff did an emergency payment just to get the site up again, and Atlas will look into it when he is awake. Hopfully this wont happen again.
